I chose this hotel for a training session as it is in close proximity to all major business and leisure hubs of the city. The location made it convenient for me to move around the city and attend my meetings and training sessions without any hassle.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center within the hotel premises where I could have easily conducted my work-related tasks.

The hotel's close proximity to Mall of the Emirates was convenient. The staff, like Carla, Nader, Verni, and Sameeh. The valet parking and varied breakfast options added to the enjoyable stay. The wellness amenities like the spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool provided relaxation, while nearby landmarks like Burj Al Arab and Wild Wadi Waterpark offered great family bonding opportunities.

This hotel is a true embodiment of luxury and exclusivity. The impeccable service, as well as the Spa & Wellness Centre, Sauna, Outdoor Swimming Pool and Beauty Treatments, ensured that my every need was catered for. The restaurant, Poolside Snack Bar and Bar/Lounge area were all designed to provide a luxurious dining experience, with special diet menus available upon request. The room advantages were nothing short of exclusive, catering to my every need and providing me with stunning views from the sun terrace.

The only minor downside to my experience was the absence of a private beach, however the hotel's location more than made up for it, providing easy access to plenty of nearby attractions.

The rooms at Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates were like a home away from home - cozy, tech-savvy, and well-stocked. The Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the city skyline view was absolutely breathtaking.

Personally, I found the Wi-Fi internet connection a bit slow.

We were connected to one of the world's largest luxury malls, with over 600 premium retail brands and epic entertainment hubs like Ski Dubai and Magic Planet. The hotel was a short distance from downtown Dubai, with easy access to Jumeirah Beach and Ski Dubai. It was so convenient for young peeps like us!

It would've been even better if there were more vibrant nightlife options closer to the hotel to keep the party vibes going for us young adventurers.

Breathtaking views on the 24th floor rooftop, where I soaked in Dubai's skyline with my Turkish tea. The spa and fitness facilities were top-notch, and the indoor shisha terrace was cozy. Complimentary beach shuttles were a plus. The fusion restaurant was a delight with its global menu. The hotel's location near all the city's hotspots made exploring a breeze. A must for all travelers.

I always return for the perfect stay with Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour services, pool, spa. The first time, the staff found my lost car keys. I keep coming back for a romantic escape; it's ideal. With air conditioning, no pets, and non-smoking rooms, it suits me perfectly.

the sheraton was spotless, and the location was perfect - really close to Mr Rodal and Mr Mohammed - exceptional service and attention to detail. i also loved how easy it was to access the Emirates Mall from the hotel. i have to mention Mohamed Ihthisam for the stellar service he provided in the restaurant and bar area – made my stay extra special.

I chose Sheraton for its convenient location near Wild Wadi Waterpark, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary shuttle service to Expo City Fan Zone and DWC Airport. The Turkish tea and shisha on the Spartan Tent terrace with stunning city views were delightful.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Mall Of The Emirates for a week-long business trip. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for me to access the nearby Media/Internet city and DIFC. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room cleaning service was outstanding, and they even made towel animals for my 6-year-old every day. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. The valet parking service was also a huge plus, and having the mall just a short walk away was super convenient. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the caring staff and great amenities.

The swimming pool was amazing, with friendly staff providing towels. The hotel is super clean and smells nice. The facilities, such as the supermarket and other shops, are conveniently located in the mall. the staff's efforts to keep us happy during our stay were commendable.

The receptionists could be more attentive to guest requests, but it doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Mall of the Emirates is one of the best malls in town, offering a wide range of major outlets, two food courts, and a fantastic cinema complex. The hotel is conveniently connected to a metro station, making transportation easy. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. The front office staff, particularly Mr. Rashid, has played a significant role in making my stays at the hotel enjoyable. They stay in touch before and after my visits, showing flexibility within the hotel's rules. I also want to mention the warm welcomes from staff members at the front office and the lounge, such as Dipti and Ihsane, who have made me and my family feel right at home.

The decoration and general areas of the hotel were splendid and elegant. The beautiful lobby with its comfortable seating areas and the wide hallways made it easy for us, seniors, to move around without feeling crowded. The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with spacious elevators and clear signage making it easy to navigate. It felt very welcoming and safe for us older guests to explore and enjoy the hotel's amenities.

I would ask for better vacation options for senior people, perhaps more tailored activities or relaxation areas specifically designed for us, the cherished elders of the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton! The staff members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. When my wife asked for baby powder, they didn't have it initially but quickly obtained it from the pharmacy and gave it to us for free. Additionally, although we were staying in a deluxe room, they surprised us with a Nespresso coffee machine and a variety of flavored coffees. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a rating of 10, and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Special thanks to the Concierge for their exceptional assistance.

I felt so pampered at the Shine Spa, Sheraton Fitness kept me fit , and the rooftop pools gave me a good view of all the famous Dubai landmarks. It was like a vacation, but with shoppers everywhere.

Who needs in-room dining when there's a small lobby with only a few seats? And the construction noise was just the cherry on top.

The hotel was located near a metro station and right next to the Emirates mall, which made shopping and dining extremely convenient. Despite being close to the mall, the rooms were surprisingly quiet and our stay was very peaceful. The room was laid out well, comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The drivers were very kind and made our travels much easier.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved as some guests encountered issues with the bathroom and bathtub.
